Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every Onam Sadhya 2026 pre-order placed on this site.

1. 1

   Pickup is on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 (Thiruvonam), strictly between 11:30 AM and 1 PM, from Hotel Rukmini Angamaly only.

2. 2

   Orders close at 5 PM on 25 August 2026, or earlier if maximum capacity is reached.

3. 3

   Full advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order. Once confirmed, orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. 4

   Orders not collected by 1 PM cannot be guaranteed and may be released for other orders/delivery platforms. No refund will be provided for uncollected orders.

5. 5

   Menu items may be changed or substituted based on availability or operational requirements.

   Images shown on the website are for representation only; actual presentation and appearance may vary.

   Please present your order confirmation/QR code at the pickup counter.
